The systems run on any bio-degradable matter. This includes livestock dungs, poultry droppings, kitchen and market, agro-processing waste, invasive weeds such as Opuntia Cactus, Water Hyacinth, Prosopis Juliflora – Mathenge, Dodder Cascuta, just to mention a few..

A 20 Kgs bucket of any waste will produce all the cooking fuel necessary for the typical 6 – 8 member homestead.

This is made possible by the high level of efficiency associated with the technology where you only require 1/5th the feed-stock for the same daily gas production as conventional technologies.

Agri Drip Biodigester systems are 100% prefabricated with a minimum level of technical skill to install and operate. This also means the systems can easily be relocated or up-scaled as energy demand increases.

After installation, the systems will have usable volumes of gas within 7-14 days and are normally in full production within 20-25 days.

To add to the list of advantages of the system, the overflowing bio-fertilizer from the system is a highly nutritious fertilizer and ready for absorption by plants without ‘burning the plants’. Diluted to 1:5 or 1:10, it is applied as a top dressing or sprayed as a folia feed: Sprayed on, it has also proven extremely effective to be an insect repellent.
